Please use this link to reserve your hotel room at the special NOTOCON XI discounted rate. Standard rooms (2 double beds or 1 king bed) are $99 per night. WHO DO I CONTACT?

If you can’t find the information you need below, please e-mail the appropriate NOTOCON contact.

WHO MAY ATTEND NOTOCON XI?

All attendees must be of at least the 0°/Minerval degree, and an active, initiate member in good standing of O.T.O. Everyone must pre-register for the conference.

Can my non-O.T.O. family member attend NOTOCON?
NOTOCON is a O.T.O. members-only conference. The significant others and children of IIIº and above members may attend the Formal Banquet and Gnostic Mass, if space and circumstance allows. Initiates of IIIº and above should submit the name(s) of those they wish to attend these functions to info@notocon.org for consideration. Pending approval from the Supreme and Holy King, the individual may attend. Keep in mind, a payment is required to cover associated costs.

Will there be childcare and co-op events for non-members?
We are happy to assist O.T.O. members traveling with non-members and children to connect with others in similar circumstances – so that they may personally explore the viability of childcare, co-ops, carpools to nearby attractions and other non-NOTOCON events. If this interests you, please fill this form out and we will assist you in making these connections.

“DO NOT PHOTOGRAPH” WRISTBANDS

The NOTOCON team respects your privacy; but keep in mind that you are at a public event, and you are your own best protection. Those who would not like their photograph publicly distributed through websites, social media, e-mail, etc., are encouraged to wear the free, bright red, Do Not Photograph wristbands provided at the conference Registration Desk. Anyone posting NOTOCON XI photographs containing members who are wearing a Do Not Photograph wristband, signifying their intent to not be photographed, will be considered to have willfully violated the member’s right to privacy; this could be considered unfraternal behavior. As always, you should gain permission before posting or distributing a photo containing anyone other than yourself.

ABOUT ORLANDO

Where is the local body located?
Hidden Spring Oasis is located at 1488-B Seminola Blvd., Casselberry, FL 32707, about 7 miles from the conference hotel.

What is Orlando’s weather like?
Average daytime temperatures in Central Florida hover around 95°F in the summer months – but feel like 110°F with the famous Florida humidity. All indoor establishments will have AC. Being the subtropics, there is also the possibility of heavy rainstorms at any moment. Luckily, these storms tend to pass quickly.

Screen Shot 2016-02-18 at 3.22.36 PMWhat airport should I fly into?
The closest airport to the NOTOCON conference hotel is Orlando International (Airport Code: MCO). It is located 23 miles/about 35 minutes from the hotel. UberLyft or a taxi should cost about $65-$80.

How do I get around in Orlando?
This may sound strange to some, but do not plan to walk around to very much. Even if something is close, we recommend driving or using a transportation service. Florida’s public transportation is sparse and can be unreliable.

We recommend renting a car if you plan to leave the hotel multiple times a day. If you do not want to rent a car, UberLyft and taxis are great options. You may want to coordinate with other members from your local body to split the rental car cost.

Where can I rent a car?
There are several major car rental companies located at the Orlando International Airport. The closest car rental agency to the NOTOCON conference hotel is Budget Rent a Car at 225 Shorecrest Dr., Altamonte Springs, FL 32701, (407) 767-8559.

Should I use public transportation?
Although public transportation is usually a wonderful thing, we do not recommend it in Florida. The vast majority of locals do not use it, as it is time consuming and unreliable. Also, given the summer weather conditions of heat, humidity and heavy rain, simply walking to/from and waiting at bus stops is often not a viable option.
