APPLICATION DEADLINE

The deadline to apply to be a vendor is May 1, 2017e.v., or when vending space has sold out. Space is limited; please apply early to reserve your spot.

WHO MAY BE A VENDOR?

All interested artists, artisans, merchants and/or local bodies are invited to join us at NOTOCON for pleasure and profit! Space is available on a first come, first served basis and subject to U.S. Grand Lodge Conference Committee approval. O.T.O. members will be given priority. Non-initiates and non-dues-current initiates may be vendors if space is available, after current initiate vendors are accepted. Non-initiate vendors may not attend the conference.

VENUE

Vending will be located nearby the NOTOCON conference rooms, in the same hotel as the conference. The vending room will be locked overnight.

VENDING HOURS

Friday, August 11: 9am-6pm
Saturday, August 12: 9am-6pm
Sunday, August 13: 9am-2pm

Plan to arrive to set-up by 8am on Friday, August 11, 2017e.v. NOTOCON Security and Vending Officers will be unavailable during Sunday’s celebration of Liber XV, The Gnostic Mass. Mass start time is 3:15pm. Reasonable accommodations will be made for vending closing; particulars will be available when the overall event schedule is finalized.

TABLE SIZES & RATES

Vendor rates are as follows for all three days, August 11-13, 2017e.v.:
O.T.O. initiates: One skirted, 6-foot table: $150
Non-initiates: One skirted, 6-foot table: $200

Note: This rate is for the vending space only. It does not include the cost of attending the conference or lodging. 

WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE VENDING ROOM

For-sale items NOT permitted in the exhibit area include but are not limited to: firearms, explosives, alcoholic beverages and prepared foods. Blades and replica weapons may be sold; however they must be wrapped in paper and taped for transport through the hotel.

Burning incense, lit candles, testing of loud products such as drums or sound systems at high volume, and/or placement of signage on hotel structures is also not permitted.

Your customers may include non-initiates; keep this in mind if you plan to sell initiate-only merchandise.
